Terms of Service

Version v1 (2026-11-05)

These terms apply between Entrest AB and the company that creates an account in Entrest. Read them before registering your company — by ticking the box at signup you accept them.

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms of service (the ”Terms”) apply between Entrest AB, org. no. 559496-8892, (”Entrest”, ”we”) and the legal entity that registers an account in the service (the ”Customer”, ”you”). The service is offered to businesses and other traders only, not to consumers.

The person registering the Customer's account confirms that they are authorised to enter into agreements on the Customer's behalf. The Terms are accepted by ticking the box ”I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” at registration, or by using the service. Each version of the Terms carries a version number and date; we record which version was accepted and when.

2. The service

Entrest is a web-based service for cost estimating and project follow-up in the construction industry (the ”Service”). The Customer builds projects from activities and resources, uses registries and a chart of accounts, exports documents and may use an AI assistant to read and work with its own project content.

The Service is delivered as a cloud service (SaaS) and is developed continuously. We may add, change or remove features as long as the main purpose of the Service is preserved. Material degradations are announced in advance.

3. Account and users

The Customer's account is managed by one or more administrators who invite additional users. The number of user accounts is limited by the number of licences (”seats”) the Customer subscribes to. Every user must have a personal account; shared logins are not permitted.

The Customer is responsible for all actions of its users in the Service, for keeping login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if unauthorised access is suspected. The Customer must keep the contact details on the account up to date.

4. Free trial

A new company may try the Service free of charge for 30 days from registration. No payment card is required and the trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. One trial is offered per organisation number.

When the trial ends without a subscription having been taken out, the account is placed in read-only mode: the Customer's projects can still be opened and exported but not changed. The Customer may subscribe at any time thereafter and continue working with its existing projects.

5. Subscription and payment

The subscription is per licence and runs monthly with automatic renewal until cancelled. Payment is made in advance by payment card through our payment provider Stripe. We do not store any card details ourselves.

Current prices are shown on our pricing page. All prices are in Swedish kronor exclusive of value added tax; VAT and any other taxes are added in accordance with applicable rules. The Customer may change the number of licences at any time; changes are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail to the Customer's administrator. A price change takes effect at the first renewal after the notice period has expired. A Customer who does not accept a price change may cancel the subscription before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a short period. If payment remains outstanding, the account is placed in read-only mode until payment has been made.

6. Cancellation, read-only mode and deletion

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time in the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; no refund is made for the remaining time. After the end of the period the account enters read-only mode as described in section 4.

On request to support@entrest.se the Customer can receive an export of its project data in a machine-readable format, both during the term and while in read-only mode.

Accounts that have been in read-only mode without any login for 12 months may be deleted together with their data, after we have notified the Customer's administrator by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. The Customer may also request earlier deletion.

We may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the Customer materially breaches the Terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice, or if the Customer enters bankruptcy or liquidation.

7. Acceptable use

The Service may only be used for the Customer's own business and in compliance with applicable law. The Customer may not:

  • resell, rent out or otherwise make the Service available to third parties,
  • attempt to circumvent licence limits, security features or access controls,
  • load the Service with automated requests, scraping or in a way that degrades it for other customers,
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others,
  • decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, beyond what mandatory law permits.

We may temporarily suspend access that violates this section and that endangers the security of the Service or other customers' use of it.

8. Intellectual property

Entrest and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including software, design, trademarks and the registries, templates and code systems we provide. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term.

The Customer owns its own data: projects, estimates, prices, resources, custom registries and other content the Customer enters (”Customer Data”). The Customer grants us the right to process Customer Data to the extent required to provide, secure and improve the Service. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models.

We may freely use suggestions and feedback the Customer provides about the Service without compensation.

9. Personal data and customer data

How we process personal data about the Customer's users is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of the Terms. To the extent Customer Data contains personal data for which the Customer is the controller, Entrest acts as processor and processes the data on the Customer's instructions; a data processing agreement is available on request.

The AI assistant processes the project content the user asks it about. That content is then sent to our AI provider for processing as described in the privacy policy. The assistant's answers are suggestions that the Customer is responsible for reviewing.

10. Availability and maintenance

The Service is provided ”as is”. We aim for high availability but give no guarantee of a particular uptime, freedom from errors or that the Service meets the Customer's specific needs. Estimate results are based on the Customer's own input; the Customer is responsible for reviewing them before they are used in tenders or contracts.

Planned maintenance is scheduled outside office hours where possible and announced in advance when it is expected to affect use. Urgent maintenance may take place without prior notice.

We take regular backups of Customer Data. The Customer is responsible for its own exports of business-critical material.

11. Limitation of liability

Entrest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit, lost business, incorrect tenders or third-party claims, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Entrest's total liability under the agreement is limited to the fees the Customer has paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. During a free trial, liability is therefore limited to zero kronor, to the extent mandatory law permits.

Claims must be made in writing without undue delay and no later than six (6) months after the Customer discovered, or ought to have discovered, the grounds for the claim.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform the agreement caused by circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, such as outages at a hosting or network subcontractor, government decisions, labour disputes, war, natural disaster, large-scale cyber attacks or similar, provided the affected party notifies the other without delay. If the impediment lasts longer than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

13. Changes to the terms

We may change the Terms. Changes that are not to the Customer's detriment, or that are required by law, may take effect immediately. Other changes are notified to the Customer's administrator by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms; a Customer who does not accept the change may cancel the subscription before it takes effect.

The current version is always stated at the top of this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law governs the agreement, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of the agreement shall be settled by the Swedish general courts with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
