What does the free trial include?: Everything. For 30 days you use Entrest exactly as a paying customer would — full product, your own data, no card.
What happens when the trial ends?: The account becomes read-only: every project stays visible and exportable, nothing is deleted. Choose a plan whenever you want to keep working.
How do seats work?: You pay per user, monthly or yearly (two months free). Add or remove seats at any time from the admin settings; changes are prorated on the next invoice.
Can we cancel?: Yes, any time, from the admin settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays exportable after that.
Can we pay by invoice?: Card is the default. For larger teams or procurement requirements we can arrange invoicing — contact us.
Where is our data stored?: In the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is isolated from every other company's.
